So dont bother taking a high conflict custody battle to this woman. She will leave you high and dry while setting you up for failure. Appeared afraid to ruffle anyone's feathers, such as Judge, opposing attorney, or senior partners within the firm. was not aggressive by any means. Depositions instigated by my lawyer ended up a complete waste of time, and certainly money - yet my lawyer claimed she needed it to prepare for trial - then later did everything possible to prevent me from going to trial. Poor return communication, yet expected quick responses from me. Make sure you have about twice as much money to waste, than what they tell you they think it will cost early on. Highly inequitable results. A terrible experience.
