Great food, good service, wonderful atmosphere. This restaurant in Oaxaca City Mexico was a great find. Not only is it a restaurant but also a bicycle rental place. On some nights they have a group bike tour with music through the streets of Oaxaca. I enjoyed the very good shrimp tacos on more than one occasion. They also have a wood-fired brick pizza oven in full. The value as with most restaurants in Oaxaca is very good. The best street tacos priced at $.50 each (American) are to be found during the day in a small booth in Illano Park. There's also very tasty street corn at night found at that same park. read more

An accidental find close by the basilica. Friendly staff, good service. We didn't order food as we had street food earlier. What we did have was quality postres; cinnamon crepe I had chacolaté con leche with an ensemble Mezcal; cuish/espadin. This along with reliable internet service made for a great time. read more

This business/ organisation offers a great way to get to know the city in a different way. The main business is renting out bicycles, but the best are the bike tours organised every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The tours start at 9 pm in front of the Santo Domingo church, just around the corner, you can rent a bicycle or just take your own one to join the tour. A bicycle with a trailer with a speaker cycles in front through different parts of the city (they have a lot of different routes going all over the city). It is loads of fun with a big crowd up to 150 people on Friday and Saturday evenings, music and people/ police stopping the cars so the bicyclers keep safe. The bicycle tour ends at 10:30 pm in front of their business to hand in the rented bicycles. I believe they also have a tour on Sunday morning at 9 am going to El Tule, a famous 2000 year old tree just outside the city. The normal bicycles (mountain-bike or ladies bicycle) cost 70 pesos for the tour or for 8 hours during the day. And they have a few tandems for 120 pesos. I think they have about 100 normal bicycles but if you really want a tandem you should go at least before 8:15 pm because they only have a few. Furthermore they have a small coffee shop with several drinks such as: coffee, smoothies, frappes and sodas. They also have cookies, baguettes and some other snacks.
