Very nice neighborhood boteco. Pretty much a hole in the wall and you will drive right past it if you don't pay attention. Very friendly service, and for a boteco, a great menu. They have excellent stews (caldos), of mandioca and feijão. The canjiquinha is delicious. There are daily specials and many good share plates. The bar isn't big, so unless you come early in the week it's going to be packed. We were there on a Monday night and it was filled pretty good; we kept our waiters very busy (large group of ~20 people but they handled it pretty well - caipirinhas and some of the food took a title long to arrive but that's a minor gripe). Note that there are two parts to the bar; the side to the right is probably best as that's were the kitchen is and the walls are adorned with a great number of paraphernalia. read more
