When he left, there were 2 conditions on my file; one of which was the appraisal. We had already been pre-approved and was assured that all that was left to do was close. When my file was transferred to Louisville, it fell apart. The Loan Partner was a joke. She took days to return emails and was generally non communicative - I received the same feedback from my realtor office and the title company we were using; no one was successful in communicating with this woman. We were asked to provide information that was provided once or sometimes TWICE before. I simply began forwarding emails that the Loan Partner had already received, because apparently she was not capable of searching her inbox and/or remaining organized. FIVE business days prior to closing date, my loan was declined. Let me also say that the accepted offer was 40 days prior, so this was by no means a rush deal. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism by Kim B and the rest of the team that our file was transferred to in Louisville. I now have greater clarity as to why my original LO left Envoy. There is something to be said about relationship banking and you will not experience that here. STEER CLEAR.

    While Julie claimed to have many years of experience my experience working with her was not good at…read moreall. Specifically: 1) She overlooked lots and lots of details, from taxes to incomes and various docs. 2) She did not respond to emails/phone calls in a timely manner, especially during critical phase of our condo purchase. 3) She promised the best rate, but did not lock the rate, which caused us to not only pay .25% more, but also to lose $7000 worth of lender credit towards closing costs. 4) I had to chase her to get almost everything done. She was not on top of her stuff at all. 5) She did not explain the processes well enough nor clearly. We had so many surprises, specially during finals days leading to escrow, including escrow day. My fiancee & I had so much problems with her that this interaction ended up being the most stressful and the worst financial transaction for us. Thanks God our realtor, Justin Carrow, was a great guy and helped us through everything. Without him to deal would have fell through. Towards the final days leading up to closing, she was dropping the ball, almost sabotaging the deal, and I had to escalate and get her manager and the branch manager involved to fix issues. Sasan

I had several specific issues with Julie: 1) She proved to look over details (she misspelled my wife's name on multiple occassions, she put the wrong price down for our house, and then questioned me when i tried to correct her...she kept saying we were buying a condo which would mean a higher rate, but we were in fact buying a townhome, or PUD) 2) She said she would give us the best rate, and her "wholesale rates were better than lender rates"...that was just plain wrong. 3) She spoke down to my real estate agent. To Julie's credit, she apologized profusely, and was gracious in the end. However, I still have a sour taste in my mouth from our experience with Julie. We ended up going with a lender from BofA who gave us a better rate, and less stress.
