I am revising this review because my doctor came from a place of caring. She was genuinely concerned.

Large practice, you should be sure to check in online the day before. Because I did, they were able to take me on time. The personnel were nice, and efficient. There were lots of different types of people there, all ages, all statuses. They seem to quite capable of taking care of everyone with what I thought was kindness and consideration. Not sure what rating I can give this clinic love dr seaholmes been seeing him for like 10'years plus but lately last year half since covid the service has been declining fast it's almost impossible to get in to see him now because they are so overbooked the staff that has always been amazing has been nothing but super rude. Which I get u get more busy you get annoyed that being said they definitely take it out on the patients and it shows. read more

I have had nothing but good experiences since I needed to switch primary drs at the beginning of the year. I really like multicare and won't go anywhere else! Dr.Cygnar is my primary and she always listens to my concerns. You can do an inperson visit however you have to call the desk from your car and then they will call you when it's ok to come in. We started going here a few years ago, after our insurance changed. I was nervous, because we developing a relationship with a new doctor is always a challenge. Luckily, we got paired with Norman Seaholm, and we've been fans ever since. He sees all 4 of us - our two kids, my husband and myself. He is not pushy, he's low-key and relaxed which makes ME relaxed. His staff is wonderful, very friendly and they actually remember you when you walk through the door! Dr. Nguyen is also a great doctor - very funny and a touch sarcastic, which is also great when you're a sleep deprived parent with a baby who's not gaining weight as she should be. All in all, we've had a great experience with this clinic. The only issue is because they are so popular it's hard to get a last minute appointment so when the kids are really sick we often wind up going to Urgent Care or calling TeleDoc. read more

The ladies here are great. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen, and they have a very pleasant staff as well as flexible scheduling. My whole life I've hated getting shots! I have a major fear of needles. But the nurse, Kylie, gave me my vaccine and I barely felt a thing. Dr. Marianne Marryshow is amazing, she's highly talented at what she does, and is also hilarious. Any question I have for her, she answers without hesitation. She is definitely the honest type. Her student, Elizabeth, was also extremely comforting to me when I was getting my IUD placement, which we all know is rather painful. She really helped distract me, and made the process a little easier. I've always been uncomfortable going to a doctors office, but I feel like I'm in good hands here. Well this place is a joke. Equipment outdated and not professional Appt at 10am, MA takes me back at 1015a and not seen until 11am. Wonderful, because I love sitting in a room uncomfortable and naked from the waist down. Bedside manner of the midwife is gross. She talks politics and says some crude things. Only thing going for Obama is he's black, things like that. Was hoping it would work since its right down the street from me. read more

Dr Sekhon is AMAZING! I would Highly recommend her to anyone pregnant! She delivered two of my babies. I followed her to this location from the Bonney Lake location because she is worth the drive. She is very passionate and considerate. She listens to your concerns and goes out her way to make you comfortable and make sure you understand everything. read more

I was treated disrespectfully by Dr. Maybee when I was 9 months pregnant due to my concerns with covid. I was due in April when there were soooo many unknowns surrounding covid. I was thinking of switching providers to deliver at the Midwifery Birth Center at St. Joe's. There would be less foot traffic, less people, less time & it felt like a safe option for me. Dr. Maybee was angry and belittled me. She asked, "what are you so scared of", "if you are so scared why aren't you wearing a mask." I was embarrassed and felt dumb. I left crying and stressed. Once I calmed down I realized I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN TREATED POORLY OVER having concerns about delivering a baby in hospital during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. I am a nurse and I am not dumb! Wanting to protect my unborn child & family is NOT BAD. I was trying to make the best decision & thought I could have a conversation with Dr. Maybee. I know realize she cared more about the $$ she would lose when losing a patient. I decided I didn't want her anywhere near my baby & I switched providers. I am so thankful I did. read more

I currently see Dr Sekhon, I'm 27 weeks and 3 days pregnant and considered high risk due to me having my 2 year old at 27 weeks and 4 days!!!! Dr Sekhon has been AMAZING!!She takes her time with me at my appointments, making sure she's answered all my questions, and just take her time in general, I never feel rushed!!! I chose to go with her after doing research and reading great reviews about her and she delivers at Tacoma general, which I wanted since they have high level nicu! I have not regretted going with her!! I'm from Texas and just moved to WA and they have made me feel soooo welcomed! Her staff is just as amazing! And I want to specifically mention Nurse Amy because she goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of!!! I've been such a nervous wreck especially now since I'm literally as far as I was when I had my daughter! But again, they are amazing at reassuring me everything is going to be okay!! All the other negative reviews, I'd ignore! They seem old and hard to believe since I've had nothing but great experience everytime I go! I just want to thank the doctor and her staff for such amazing job that they are doing at taking care of me and making me feel so welcomed! read more

Wow, I was pleasantly surprised coming here. I came in for a follow up recommended by the Dr at the Multicare Urgent Care I went to on Saturday and Monday. I came in so that a Dr could check on my ear infection. While my insurance was still brand new(just got our insurance cards the 1st week of January) I was also looking for a primary physician. Dr. Seaholm came highly recommended by the nurses as well as my landlady and sure enough he did not disappoint. The receptionist and nurse who did my vitals were both very friendly and professional! Whenever I'm meeting a new Dr for the first time.. I always have that anxious and apprehensive feeling. My main concern this time was my ear and whether I was going to be able to hear again. I've never had an ear infection before and I was rightly so concerned about it! From the moment Dr. Seaholm introduced himself and throughout my appointment and evaluation I felt very reassured with his prognosis. I came in just for a follow up with my ear, but he went beyond that! From our conversation he knew I was looking for a primary physician and I told him my health concerns and issues. He was very thorough and I never felt rushed while I was there; not like how some other Dr visits I've had where you feel like your just the next number ready to be passed on. I actually felt like he took the time to know me and my health history. read more

I have only had positive experiences with this office. From reception, to the nurses and especially with Dr Sekhon. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Scheduling was easy and I never had to wait long before being called back. Dr Sekhon is the best - she's attentive, caring, helpful and reliable when my delivery day came. If you feel like having a great pregnancy experience do not see Dr.Gabrielle Maybee. I usually wait at least 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. From the first weeks of my pregnancy until today 6 weeks postpartum. Running late is part of life, but when it's literally almost every single time. The professionalism in the office stops at the front desk. Dr. Maybee does not take her clients needs seriously. You will work on her schedule and that's that. read more

I've been going here for years. I can't say I've ever really been impressed by them. I have a general doctor downstairs in the clinic and my gynecologist is upstairs in the women's center. They're just... okay. I often feel rushed like they're waiting for me to hurry up to they can get to the next patient. They were very pushy on getting a flu shot. They're just... blah. I'm working on finding a new doctor, but for now this one will have to do. I find that making an appointment is not easy here. I wait on hold for at least 5 minutes and they never seem to have an opening for weeks. I had an ear infection last month and really needed to get seen as it was causing horrible migraines... I ended up just going to urgent care because it was faster/easier. If you want stellar service, my best advice is to look somewhere else. read more

This is my first negative review I have written- but I believe there is good reason to write it. I am 14 weeks pregnant, and moving to WA from out of state. I was really excited to request Dr. Sekhon to be my new OB. I called 4.5 weeks ago to create my chart. My current OB sent in my records 3.5 weeks ago. I was told that it could take 1-2 weeks to get approved. Seemed strange to have such a long wait, but again, the reviews made Dr. Sekhon seem worth the wait. Each week that passed, I called to check in- getting responses like "we'll know by the end of the week" or "we'll know by this day." After three weeks of patiently waiting, I have been informed that even though Dr. Sekhon was only booked out until Jan/feb when I first called them, in the time it took for them to get back to me, she is now too full to take me on as a patient. The issue is, in the 3.5 weeks of waiting for a response, many other good doctors are now also booked out for April births. And to top it all off, right when I was told that Dr. Sekhon was full, they suggested Dr. Maybee. I said, sure why not. (Felt like one of my few options left). That was on Friday. I was told they would call me with an answer on Monday for sure. I did get a call, but it wasn't an approval call. It was a "can you answer these questions about your records?" Call.... I explained my "wait period" to this new receptionist. She said that she felt bad for the situation, and that I would for sure get a call/answer by end of day... did I receive a call today? No. The people I talked to were all nice. But I have never seen such poor organization in a professional medical office before. I have no idea how good the doctors are. But if you are trying to get approved as a new patient, I would suggest having a "plan b" doctor ready to go. read more

Love their OB services! The front office staff is always so friendly, personable and welcoming. They really make you feel like you're not just another patient. As someone who's always been seen by an OB-GYN, I started going to Marianne, their CNM, during my first pregnancy and really loved/love her. I felt so comfortable with her through my whole pregnancy. She was so hands on and with me through my entire delivery at TG. She was exactly who I needed to get me through the exhausting 3 hours of labor! read more

I have been to this facility on several occasions. Unfortunately the follow through and customer service is lacking. Every time I have been there they want to take some tests and tell me they will call with the results. Every time I wait weeks and keep calling them for information. I just think their system is lacking in some way that patient follow up is not a priority. Really disappointing. Interestingly they always manage to bill the insurance in a timely manner. I will go to Virginia Mason or another clinic next time I need medical services. read more

We have been going to Northshore for several years now and have been quite satisfied with the doctors there. They are usually spot on with their diagnosis and good with follow-up. Recently we have noticed a change though. It seems that everyone in the area has heard about how good they are and is now being seen there. It is almost impossible to get a same day appointment for acute conditions and sometimes you can't get in to see a doctor for several weeks. My son recently had a condition that was causing him a lot of pain. I called to make an appointment and they just could not squeeze us in. They told us to go to urgent care, which I said we had already done. The nurse at Northshore was pretty clueless as to how to help us from there. So, unfortunately, I think we are going to start looking for another doctor/clinic. The bottom line: IF you do not have an acute condition and you can wait a few weeks to see a doctor go to Northshore - they are terrific. But if you need help right away, well, they are not so helpful. read more

I just checked my credit score which I do periodically. To my shock it dropped 10 points in a month, which given the fact I' have no history of missed or late payments it made no sense. Multicare never sent me a bill for a supposed charge last month. I was immediately put in to collections for a 9 dollar, yes NINE dollars that I supposedly own them. But since I didn't have an appointment with them at all, it is mind boggling. I'd cancelled an appointment 2 weeks before it was due so it wasn't a no show. I have no explanation of what I'm supposedly being billed for since I've never used their services. read more
