He has 25 years of experience and it shows. Copper pipes flared on site, then sealed with solder. Refrigerant done with a meter. Added cement to the hole so water doesn't go in and cleaned up after themselves. Other AC split gone, no cement dirt anywhere. He serves a very wide area. At least 5 KM from his location in Bayamon. Even fixed one of my other AC splits at no charge while he was here. For me today it was around (of corse prices will prob change): 2 ton split about 1400 labor 500

Estas copias salieron buenas. Al final todo se dio. Sin embargo, fue una inconveniencia tener que ir y volver en el tráfico de la hora de almuerzo. En general el servicio al cliente fue bueno. Robert and team worked all day to make sure we would have power. While people are scrambling to find gas, generators, etc. we can rest easy. We have used Eii to fix and repair AC units, lights and anything electrical in past. Robert is professional, trustworthy, responsive, competent and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of professional work. While I believe they mostly handle commercial jobs they do excellent work on residential as well. They came to my home and handled all our plumbing, air conditioning, and electrical issues very quickly. Before they came to my home Robert the owner came and met with me personally first to go over the issues we were experiencing. Very unreliable and unprofessional. A family member recommended Metro Plumbing. They were the only company we tried. The other plumber we called were all independent. The difference was clear. They responded and a few hours later a plumber arrived and fixed the problem quickly. Unfortunately the job wasn't perfect it no problem. I called back the next day and the same guy returned and made the necessary adjustments. I really appreciated the professionalism and reliability from this company. Next time we have a plumbing issue we will call them.
