I brought it back to the store and the manager stated that they would work with me to pay half on repairing generator. We both decided to take that I should take these generator to Snead's mower repair can I order the parts that were needed to repair the generator. After getting the muffler back me and the owner Snead's found it another part was missing an order part so I notified the pawn shop and they said that they would not give me no more on what was required to repair the generator. So after I ordered the part and put the part on and went down to the pawn shop to talk to me manager about his generator I noticed that there was another generator in the in the pawn shop and asked about swapping out the generators. They wouldn't even consider the possibility of swapping out unless I was pay additional 100 and $50 which would be ridiculous for this point I could buy a new generator with full warranty and everything for what I am paying for a used generator at this point. What really gets me that I have been doing business with this pawn shop for a while and I thought I was a good customer when I'm doubt they not and so I am breaking ties with them because this is no way to do good business. I feel that this is a gouging type of business that they do on the regular with people and it needs to stop.
