I tried to email you directly, but couldn't find an address specific to you: (1) I didn't love the trade I got-- felt very low, considering my vehicle was a '25, 10k miles, and had 4k in upgrades to it; that being said, I accepted it, so it's a moot point; (2) when I drove home and took the freedom top off, I realized the dashboard had considerable sun damage that could not be seen with the top on; however, I would've bought it anyway, so that's not super relevant; (3), the thing that kind of irks me and seems worth addressing-- I had to refill the gas tank before I even got halfway back home! My trade had the gas filled before I came to Sandy, and I left with less than a quarter tank in the Gladiator. Ethically, there's nothing wrong with this, but on principle, it seems "pretty weak" that someone could buy a truck off the lot and not have the dealer at least fill the tank. That being said, the sale price of the gladiator was great (but kind of a moot point when the trade was so low-- 22k for a like-new wrangler sport with new bumper, winch, and rims?). When I came in to get it fixed and get the right part they had no idea how they accidentally ordered the wrong part and the new part was going to be double the price, awful customer service didn't wanna help at all they see is to be my favorite our auto parts store but because of the service I received today very disappointed. Double checked to make sure I had got the right product. I prefer Oriellys over Napa, but the product I got was more than Napa, and they said they really appreciate my business and price matched for me. I've always been happy with service at oriellys but they went above and beyond. Were very personable. They helped another lady while I was there and treated her the same. So many people are miserable in their job and it shows. It was apparent they both love their jobs, and took pride in their customer service. As a business owner, employees that pride themselves in customer service are crucial to a successful business. Will definitely be keeping my business at O'Reillys from here on out.

After spending around 140,000 at a local ford dealer - our contractor company got two new 2024…read moree-350 KUV vans. The disappointment hit when after over 18k miles and 9-10 months of ownership the brake pads disintegrated. Sandy told us the calipers , pads, and rotors were toast on the front end. While it was there I mentioned it had a leak since the day we bought it. We were charged 220$ for a diagnoses - for them to tell us the brakes were bad and there was no evidence of a leak. After some suspect comments from the service guy "Steven" (Ford wanted 2400$) - I decided to have the van brought to a reliable, trustworthy shop. They did the brakes for cheaper, installed better pads with 24k miles or 3 year warranty. AND they did not need to replace the calipers. When the van arrived at the alternate shop the office guy called me with news that my radiator was cracked. So after replacing the brakes I took it back to ford to have the radiator replaced under warranty. After two full days of the truck being back at ford it is not done. Should be a 3-5 hour job. The radiator should've been ordered prior to the appointment when I sent photo evidence of the truck having a cracked radiator. At this point I'm about to go buy a Chevy!

After being insulted and never even offered to see the car we walked out. In 20/20 hindsight, we have reasoned that they had someone else willing to purchase the vehicle at a higher price, as it is no longer on their website. Nothing but SLIMY!!
