The credit card machines sometimes don't work or don't print out receipts. The convenience store portion usually has old looking coffee that they should not even bother making, and snacks from the Stone Age. The bathroom, which I used once to wash my hands after accidentally pumping gas after taking the nozzle out of my tank (yeah another $1.13 wasted) was for the most part clean, but I would still be weary. They have a full lotto setup and some tobacco products. I have not used their service station, but it did not look very stocked or busy, actually I have never seen a car in the service bays. Their prices are always comparable to the Citgo (nearest gas station) on Union TPKE.

Just needed some gas…read more Attended wanted to check under my hood, asked me if I needed an oil change. Speed pass did not work in my pump. Needed to pay cash so I went inside to take care of the cash issue. Not the most friendly people around. He's pretty high price as alot of places theses days . If your paying alot , the least they should do is be nice, friendly and give good customer service. Matter of fact, this is the only car wash that I go to. They have decent prices there and they get the job done thoroughly and quickly. I keep it simple with an exterior wash and armor all on the tires. It looks good and shiny and it n point. The gas station has a store inside with a Dunkin attached. I came in for an inspection and ended up being $10 short after dropping my purse at home leaving behind some cash and my debit card earlier that day. I only realized when I went to pay. I explained the situation extremely clearly, offered to leave my ID or other important items that I had on me and pointed out that I live 5-8 minutes away DRIVING, and said I'd come right back. I even offered to pay by card and cover any processing fee with the cash that have as a tip as I know there are 2-4 % card fees that the business would have to eat. The manager refused to release my car under any circumstances unless I paid in full in cash. At that point, this goes beyond "policy" and comes down to a complete lack of judgment. Holding a repeat customer's car over $10--despite multiple reasonable solutions--is excessive and unnecessary. I had to walk about 30 minutes [15 minutes both ways with it being hilly in a few areas] to get the money, which ended up aggravating a prior ankle injury. That part could have been easily avoided with even a minimal level of flexibility or understanding. Legally allowed to or not, this is poor customer service, plain and simple. If you go here, be aware: there is zero flexibility here, no matter how reasonable your situation is. I definitely will not be returning even for gas.

I chose this location to have a minor repair done on my vehicle. Needed a valve cover gasket…read morereplaced and it was done in 1 hour. The technician was swift and efficient. I watched him from time to time as he worked and observed how he handled my vehicle and parts with care which is a huge plus. He was also friendly and had no issues answering questions. Kumar the manager was also great. I spoke with him via phone before taking my vehicle in and he was very professional and informative. He was also very pleasant and friendly in person and made my wait time go by very quickly. I'd recommend this location in a heartbeat.
