Was going for a walk with my father and though Maccas is just a few doors down and we'd often stop there for muffin and a coffee? This morning we decided to try Smarts instead. Got to say, I was NOT disappointed! They had ready made brekky rolls (bacon, sausage, onion, egg, tomato, tomato sauce on a REALLY fresh bacon roll) for $5. It was delicious! And instead of feeling erky? I felt full, satisfied and healthier. The coffee wasn't bad, either. All in all? Seems to me that it has maintained it's high standard of quality. It definitely gives the supermarkets and those other bakeries a run for their money!!! Saw several passerby stop.... Go inside and grab stuff en route to their destination. If you have a chance? I'd say stop in and have a look. It's definitely worth it.... And if their Vanilla Slices are the same as they were in High School???? *drools* That's something I really must try again REAL soon :) Highly recommended!!!!

I NEVER order coffee on my morning Saturday shop. However, thought I'd treat myself. Ordered coffee…read moreand a cinnamon scroll. Poor service v average coffee and scroll. (Not busy, two other customers - two staff). The owner couldn't stop talking to her friend even while she was supposed to be serving me. I now have a complete family rundown. Found the sugar I asked her to add at the bottom of my coffee when I finished. Scroll was tough and dry, disappointing for a bakery. Could have got better at Coles. However, she was bright and pleasant.
