My entire house has been carpeted by Mudek over the years and I have always been happy with the product and service. I recently replaced all the carpet upstairs. Mudek installers removed the closet bifold doors and improperly reinstalled one door. When I called to have them come out to adjust I was told "no". Building a new home can at times be a stressful process, and sometimes the picking out and install of flooring can be, too. However, my experience with Mudek Flooring went so incredibly smoothly that the stress was taken right out of it. It was great! I met with the owners, Bob and Pam, at their store location and they helped me and my husband pick out flooring based on our needs and active lifestyle. We brought in our blueprint to help aid us in picking out our new products. They worked with us on the design and color and durability and style. We decided to go with porcelain tile in the kitchen and entry and carpet in the bedrooms. As some of you may know from building your own home, there are a lot of highs and lows throughout the process. The picking out of flooring process was the best part of our experience! We are so happy with every choice we have made! Once we made our decision on flooring, it was ordered promptly, put in the schedule accordingly, and the installation was done professionally. All three carpeting projects were very fair priced, the installation was done as correctly, installed as scheduled, there have been no problems, and all three carpets have performed and held up exceptionally well. Mudek flooring has done a remarkable job for not only myself at our home but for other members of my family and a handful of friends. Bob, Pam, and Riley come through on each area of the business. They are honest, hard working, and have quality product all the while doing an excellent job with the installation. They were helpful with choosing the product and gave an incredibly reasonable price for what had to be done. They said that they would be happy to remove the old carpet for us but also stated that if we would like to remove the carpet beforehand, they would cut the price even further from the very reasonable price it already was. We decided to do so and they told us the best way to do it and gave us pointers as to how to make the process the easiest for us. When they arrived they came in right away and got it all set up. All in all the installation took only an hour or so for a 15X15 room And the best part was they took the old carpet out for us with no added cost to us. They did a remarkable job and I was very happy to go with Mudek Flooring for my carpet. The whole experience was painless and worry free. They were very reasonable and friendly to work with, all the while doing quality work. I have heard the same from other friends that have gone through them. Along with my great experience I had, they were very helpful with my grandparents by installing carpet for them. They moved all of the furniture for them (they have some very large and heavy pieces) Installed it all and put it all back when they were done.
