First impressions are always key in business. Her shop was very clean and the fact that she only takes in one pet at a time, so there's no need to have other pets having to wait around frantically made it a very personalized experience. I felt our Maltipoo who is prone to anxiety did much better in this spa like environment. She did a great job and treated our pet with Love and Kindness. Thank you Jen...

This is a very serious matter. We spent this past Sunday on the phone with 16 different vets, nobody would see the dog. Found out he had an infection in an ear. He told us what to expect and we are very, very happy with the service.

Our past couple visits, she's seen Doctor Osadjan. I love how he always makes an effort to just pet her and make her feel comfortable when he first walks in the room. He always answers any questions I have and never makes me feel rushed. She's been there for a variety of reasons throughout the years and the bill always comes out to be less than expected. Last year she broke a nail a few weeks before her yearly checkup appointment and when I brought her in to get the nail looked at, Doctor Osadjan had noticed she had a checkup scheduled soon and offered to do it during that appointment so I didn't have to come back or pay another office visit bill. She broke a nail again today and when I called, they said they were completely booked for a few days but would see what they could do. When they called back, they said they were able to get her in within the next two hours. I really appreciated that they made the effort to fit her into their schedule on such short notice. Along with how kindly they treat the animals, they always make my life easier when I go there. This past winter I had my 3 month old baby with me when I had to bring Sophie in. The COVID protocols were over but they still offered for me to wait in the car with my baby and said they would come out and get Sophie, bring her into the office and just call me so I didn't have to bring the baby in. I'm really thankful we found this vet, they make having a sick animal a little less stressful!
