I ordered a Christmas bouquet of red/white roses, lilies and some greenery. I paid $ 100. and $ 12. for delivery. The flowers were delivered and consisted of wilting hydrangeas.. white chrysanthemums, other yellow flowers and ONE red rose..The flowers were wilted within 24 hours and were nothing like what I ordered. I filed a complaint w the BC Better Business Bureau... but too late for me.. the "flowers" are very disappointing.. I feel cheated and disgusted someone would do this at any time, but especially the Holidays. I tried to insert a photo of the wilting hydrangeas but this box does not accept photpastes. Piccadilly is one of Salmon Arm's two malls although due to it's small size I would say it feels…read moremore like a strip mall then an actual full fledged mall. It is so small infact that with the exception of Jane's which is a sit down restaurant similar to Smitty's and Albert's there really isn't anything in here in the way of meal options. Still like most places the mall does have it's positives. For instance despite the fact it does have large chain stores in it there are still some excellent small mom and pop shops that have been there as long as I can remember that are still thriving like Bookingham Palace and Buggerbee's clothing store which specializes in brand name clothes like Roxy and Billabong. Also despite the fact they have a Starbucks the locals continue to show love to Chester's House of Cinnamon which is a small bakery/coffee shop. Yes it's no west Edmonton mall but it does have a decent amount of clothing stores,a library, grocery store, and has a wonderful warm vibe to it that comes from being a local gathering place. If you enjoy people watching there is lots to take in and I look forward to my next trip back.
