They were fast and efficient. Then they entered the house and checked several things for us to make sure all was good. They even changed a fluorescent light fixture and the kitchen is so much brighter!!! Thanks to Brandon and Sandy in the office. They helped me with financing and we couldn't be happier. I have no more fear about electric stuff in my home. Now they are coming back to install central air and heat. They also completely replaced my neighbors electrical. Many thanks to Bruce and his whole crew. Hal would be proud.

They are by far the best I have ever used. There products are great quality and their service is second to none. I'm always impressed with the knowledge of their service personnel. They are professional, very polite, and always on time for appointments. Pricing is more than fair and they have gone over and above to hold costs to a minimum. In one instance their tech "Bruce" came to service a unit in a house just purchased and he took the serial number of the unit and called around the area to determine where it had been purchased. It turned out it was still under warranty and saved us well over a $1000.00 for replacement. The "Best" in the area bar none! Buzz Dutton Nacogdoches

I reached out tto Atlas and Chris was able to come over that day! After thoroughly checking out the system he decided on a plan of action. The downside was that he suggested we turn off the A/C. The temp was around low 90s, so that wasn't the sort of news I was hoping for! Anyway, to my surprise he arrived back at our home at 9am the next day. It took him about 60 - 90 minutes to square away the problem. Afterwards, we were cooling our heels in comfort! Great job by Atlas!

The technician came in and concluded that are restrictions added which is the root cause. Also in the process, he tried to make business asking me $350 money to clean up something and he wouldn't have to report to warranty team for that issue. Out of all, he didnt care to check the freon level which is the 1st thing to do in case of cooling issues even after I asked multiple times. They took almost a week to send that diagnosis over and me & my warranty team tried calling these guys to multiple time to address the freon level check which they agree to when we are on conference call, however they call me back later who was very rude and they wouldn't want to re-inspect and not to bother them. They are truly terrible to work with, very dishonest and zero value to hire them. Finally I understood why they want to deal the service fee in Cash or Zelle, so we can't even dispute for a bad service.
