That was three babies ago and we have since moved. We have enjoyed all the doctors at the practice and now drive across town instead of finding an office more convenient. They also have and nice voicemail box to call after hours if you are worried about something. They also have two different check ins depending on if you are there for a visit or if the kids aren't feeling well. This made my wife feel more safe bringing a new born to check in on a different side then those who are sick. We recommend these folks to all our friends.

Left at 2:30 pm. They forgot to fill out my kids sport package then charged me to sign the actual paperwork I brought in. I was so happy at the other office and had been going there for 20 years (my oldest is 21, youngest is 12) but now I think my last two children will be going elsewhere from now on. ***Less important but equally annoying.... I have 3 children still seeing a pediatrician, I had to redo all of the paperwork which is excessive in the first place. I mean, I wrote my address on one form, 4 times and that was the first page. Then I had to do it for each child. So before I was done, I had written our home address 12 times.....12 TIMES!!! It was like purgatory.

They used to go to the office located off of Dutchman's Lane but they closed because their main doctor retired. They never mailed out a notice to any of the clients that they had closed their office. Due to it being more convenient, I had them send my children's files to the office located on Preston HWY. I have four children ages 8, 7, 3 and 9 months. I had been attending their practice on Dutchman's for the last 8 years until they closed. Today my grandmother took my youngest child for her 9-month-old checkup. They refused to see her because they said I had an "outstanding" balance. I tried calling the billing office because I just received a bill yesterday on 1/22/18 for $18.38. I guess they do not know how the mailing system works. The statement date was 1/16/2018. To me that is not "outstanding". It takes time to get a bill in the mail and pay it. At least a week! Then they said they would NOT see her because I had another "outstanding" bill for my son. I asked them when the statement date was and when they sent the bill, because I had not received anything in the mail, and they could not tell me. The bill was $20 something. I tried calling the office manager, Bonnie Gohslin, and of course, it kept going to her voicemail. This is the SECOND time this has happened. If there is a balance, that was just released, they will not see your child. AGAIN, IT TAKES TIME TO GET BILLS IN THE MAIL. At this visit, they had told me "It was mailed yesterday". I told my grandma to forget about the appointment, tell them that they better NOT charge me a cancellation fee and that I would take my four kids elsewhere. I am NOT on private insurance and I do NOT have to deal with their ignorance. I will take my four children elsewhere. They just lost a great client. Also, when you go you can expect a 2-3 hour wait time PAST your scheduled appointment.

He sat on the examination table with me shoulder to shoulder, thigh to thigh and kept looking me up and down during casual conversation. It made me very uncomfortable and I even scooted over slightly at one point, in which he moved closer to me. Neither my mother or I said anything to him, but we both found this extremely strange. I am currently 19 years old and during December 2022 I went back for an appointment alone. I was unaware that he would be my doctor, but that was my mistake. He again made me very uncomfortable by sitting on the examination table with me shoulder to shoulder, thigh to thigh. He asked me to scoot up to take my heartbeat on my back and when I began doing so he put his hand down on my butt to push me forward. He made casual conversation with me and when I showed him a picture of myself in a puffy dress he made the comment "you look like you gained 50 pounds in that photo." I told my mother about this when I arrived home and she called the office to share her concerns. She spoke to a woman named Karen who immediately doubted my mother. She told my mother that he sits on the examination table with all his patients. My mother claims that he never did that with me when I was a child and Karen replied with "now I know you're lying." I spoke to Karen and she said to me "I don't know what has happened to you" which I find very dismissive and unprofessional. Karen also told me that Dr. Kamber claims to have never made a comment about my body in a photo. I found a review about Dr. Kamber on healthgrades.com from December 02, 2021 that states "Made my 9 year old feel uncomfortable. He hugged and kissed her forehead then rubbed her neck while she was picking out stickers. We won't be seeing him anymore just because the discomfort she felt." I tried to call back to express my concern about this review and had to leave a message that was never returned.
