The wrong sizes were ordered for several windows. Several of the walls in my property erected by Top Deck conversions are not straight or vertical. The plaster-boarding is appalling. The rendering on the front of my property is not straight and is cracked and bulging after only 6 months. My front door (fitted by Top Deck Conversions) has not been fitted properly, is not weatherproof and is already breaking. Top deck has been invited to remedy these issues on many occasions and has failed to turn up to appointments. Paul has not picked up his phone in the last month.This business will take your money, screw you over and run. Top Deck owe me in the region of £20k for remedial work.

He has charged me £50K for the work that is still pending completion. He was continuously making false excuses since last 12 weeks and delayed work . Poor quality windows intalled. walls not straight . Left the extension roof and garage roof incomplete that started leakage .guttering not properly installed and a huge work still pending completion . I am trying to contact him and have emailed several times to finish work that is already paid but i am having no response . So deffinatelly these cowboys has run off the job after stealing my money. I am in process to take legal action now .
