When researching various property management companies, Good Life's approach was the most straightforward and transparent with no long term commitments. After speaking with them multiple times with various questions, I was left with a feeling of assurance that I was in good hands. Being a first time landlord, I have no experience in knowing how to screen tenants, knowing the rules, etc., especially when my background is not in the real estate and rental business. Having a busy work schedule also means that I won't likely be able to attend to the tenant's needs in a timely manner. This is where Good Life fills in the gaps for me. The team at Good Life during the onboarding process has been super helpful and efficient in getting the property ready, whereas it would've taken me ages in trying to do it myself. I was assigned Andrei as my property manager and it's been a great start. He has been open, transparent, professional, and great to work with since the start. I recently had an online shopping shipment mis-delivered to my rental property, to which Andrei was instrumental in helping to coordinate the handoff between the tenant and me. Even though Andrei is my primary contact, I can see that they have great teamwork. On one weekend, I had a question to which I received an out-of-office note from him. But rest assured, another team member stepped in that day during his time off to help with my question. Good Life also has a great online portal for me to see all the documents and tax information. Their services have impressed me since the beginning, and I look forward to a great relationship moving forward. Keep up the great work, Good Life! I highly recommend them!

Make sure that there is nothing broken and that everything is already upgraded i.e. counter tops, carpeting, painted, modern appliances. Because if they are not, you will never get this management to do something about it. 2. Don't move into one these places if you are caucasian or the only one of your race living in the complex. We have lived in one of these for a decade and as many times as we have pointed out the deficiencies it never happens but all the rest of the units have been upgraded and some more than once in 10 years.

Anyways, she ended her part of the lease and Tina claimed I had to move out. I never signed a move out notice but was still forced to leave by one of their employees. The picture was me asking to continue living there, as I wasn't able to afford to move/find housing but had services available to help me. The manager claimed the unit was already rented out and they'd change the locks on the day I was supposed to move out. I left behind a lot of items and was forced into homelessness as a 100% disabled veteran, which they knew. They knew I had access to housing services and they kicked me out. I contacted Hoban to send me all the paperwork regarding me moving out, after I showed the texts they cut contact. Scum all the way through.
