No return contact at all until I called on 19/8, and quote was sent through. When I confirmed I wanted to go ahead with the work I was told there'd be a one-week turnaround for the parts required. No return contact at all until I called on 26/8 and was advised the parts had arrived two days earlier. Was then told the earliest booking available was Monday 31/8 but techs wouldn't be available at the time my wife and I return from work in Adelaide, so we were advised to leave keys out the front for the tech to access the unit. I returned home early and called to let them know someone was home now, only to be advised that there were no technician bookings for that day. STILL WAITING FOR RESOLUTION.
