When I landed, I had received a text message from a different number stating that they called to confirm but I didn't answer (obviously not since I was en route in the air). Then I unexpectedly received a text direct from the driver to coordinate my pickup. Driver was nice but talked incessantly. The delivery showed up and they began to put it together. While struggling to connect the sections they finally got it "looking good". I was happy. Then I sat down on the couch and the 2 delivery guys who put it in had found out that the bracket put on before delivery was 1/2" off and could never connect the sections. Instead of actually fixing it they put the front corner of one section and the back corner of another together and pushed it all together and left. The couch is a joke when not connected! I pulled out a tape measure and confirmed that the bracket was installed incorrectly and the guys who put it together have no way humanely possible to connect. I happen to be an engineer and though not needed it was pretty simple to see that it was put together incorrectly. During the delivery they struggled on this piece and at some point pushed all of it together and insulted us by leaving claiming that all is good. I called Meagan (asst mgr) she claimed that she spoke with the drivers and they claimed that because 4 of us were there and never said anything all was good. Well this was a flat out lie either by Meagan or the delivery drivers. My options given were to sit tight for a few days while their service dept. would call me. I asked to speak with a manager but the manager was on vacation. (of course) She was rude and acted like I did something wrong by admitting that it "looked" good before they left. This company did this knowingly and without any regards for safety or comfort left my house and went on. During the delivery they had to fix a table that was incorrectly built as well and made the comments "we don't get paid hourly, we get paid by the job and the install people don't care". This is a joke of a company with all 1 star ratings and I can't believe that Lazy Boy @lazyboy would ever have them as a contractor. On top of it all .... we had to wait about 2 months to get the furniture only to have a company with no regard for quality delivery to us. I plan to send their reviews to every single furniture store that they work with. I have a disabled daughter who could literally have been hurt had she sat in the wrong spot on the couch!

After realizing my error in not asking the right questions, my wife found Angel Limousines. 4 days before my daughters bday party, they were able to get us booked with an amazing, clean, safe party experience for my daughter and her friends. Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style.
