Customer care and listening to patients are essential in any healthcare setting, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Upon leaving, the clerk said "have a nice day". How can you have a nice day when you've just wasted time at a place where you were treated as if you didn't matter. They honestly acted as if this is the norm for them not give a damn. I have insurance and money.
