I'm not always the best customer (I am known to be late on occasion, sorry) but she doesn't give me shit for it which I appreciate. I've been getting Brazilians since 2008, and in all my wax experiences, she's the best and most professional! I always get a Brazilian, in n out n 15min which is outstanding bc we both are busy people. As with a Brazilian, shes no stranger to private parts and always makes me feel completely comfortable with my legs in the air. Sometimes I get my brows waxed and tinted! I almost didn't post this but all of the reviews on here, I want to protect others…read more She doesn't use gloves, which I've been getting waxed for over 5 years and have NEVER had anyone not use gloves (WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO TOUCH SOMEONE ELSE'S LABIA WITHOUT GLOVES??), she uses soft wax on the entire area (Brazilian wax) which is a very old school and painful way of removing hair, and she even stopped a few times during the service to answer text messages which is unprofessional and honestly disgusting because cell phones are GERM MAGNETS! Also, she didn't leave the room to let me remove my panties and get on the table which isn't a huge deal breaker but watching someone undress (or texting while they do it) is uncomfortable. Her pricing was great, which is why I gave her a try, but in this case you will definitely get what you pay for.. I've been getting waxed for years and for the first time ever, I cried after an appointment because of the amount of pain I felt. It has been about 4 months since I had my last wax (moved out here from Florida so I was busy with the prep and move, just no time!). So you can imagine the fierce bush I had goin' on lol! She was funny, witty and just made the overall experience fun, which isn't what you expect during a brazilian. Not only was she quick and efficient, she also specializes in facial treatments. (I got them done @1030 this morning & it's currently 1511) They were very nice & willing to change the look according to my desire.
