This is my…read morethird attempt today to reach someone at the office after receiving a call from them saying that the doctor would like to reschedule my appointment to a later date and to please call them back. Some would tell me to reschedule the appointment online, but as far as I understand it, first-time patients need to call to make an appointment. Okay. And here I am, waiting on hold. 25 minutes and counting. Fantastic. Edit: It has been 35 minutes. Still holding. Edit 2: After 45 minutes of holding and waiting to speak to someone, I got hung up on. I called back immediately and got the message that it is now outside of their phone hours and to call back during regular business hours. This is maddening. Is this what I have to look forward to with socialized healthcare??? Edit 3: Finally got a hold of someone the next day and upped the original 2-star rating to 3 stars because everyone on the phone was super nice and friendly. Goes a long way when having to see the doctor for stuff.

I was waiting out of the exploration room till my wife wanted me to get in to see the ultrasound. My wife said: Jorge, get in! And before getting in I even asked to the doctor: Can I get in? The doctor said yes. And when I came in I wanted to see the screen well so I approached myself a bit and pointed out asking "is that thing pulsing the heart?" She got me back in a rude way:" stay away". After that she didn't give any details. It was the first time that I was seeing an ultrasound from my first child. Later on, in the other room I had to ask her the size and the stage. She was rude. I'm a medical doctor(n.col 38/38/08055-Spain) and I don't recomend this place for their lack of politeness and professionalism, as well as their will to be done quick with the appointment. It was a private appointment payed in cash. I don't recommend this place.

My gf has Chronic Lyme disease, body pains, fatigue, and variety of hard to manage systemic troubles. We were referred to Infusio in Germany by Dr. Whitney at Infusio Beverly Hills. We spent 16 days in Frankfurt and 10 days of treatment and lab visits, etc. Lead Practitioners Joachim and Helene are super nice and have great positive healing attitudes towards the treatments. Nadine the Therapy Tech was super nice and the best at getting veins. Pia, Marc, Lisa and the office staff were usually very helpful and always friendly. All around clinic gem Elke made amazing bone broths, was extremely attentive to both patients and their supporters. She is the heart of the operation. While driver, concierge, and fantastic gentleman Bodgan is the soul. He keeps is funny, tends to the traveling patients night and day, and makes sure we always get where we need to go in a strange and new city. Sure it costs a fortune and its someone future health on the line, but Infusio becomes family. They care and provide a positive, loving, spa-like calm environment so that people can heal. The receptionist couldn't speak English but Dr.Did. She said "sorry my English is not good but I try! " This word was enouhg to let me relaxed and trust her.
