After being told the radiologist that read the scan interpreted it as a bulging disk, I was discharged to home with pain, numbness and weakness of my leg. I suffered through the next 2 weeks before my primary doctor referred me to a neurosurgeon for follow up. At that office visit, I was told that the radiologist at the MRI group misinterpreted the MRI and that I indeed had a left far lateral disk herniation. I read up on this diagnosis and it can be commonly missed by radiology. I did receive a bill for there diagnostic service but I refused to pay for a misread MRI causing me a delay in treatment and pain and suffering. After disputing the bill, I was told that the radiology would not change her opinion and that I would need to pay the bill. Right now I am awaiting surgery to repair that disk herniation. This radiologist won't admit her mistake and is arrogant and conceited (I even sent over the documentation from the neurosurgeons notes). Obviously they don't care about their patients, just their wallets!!

I've been dealing…read morewith some serious back issues recently and have become a "regular" for getting MRI's, CT or xrays. I usually have them done at either Jefferson Hospital or Penn in the city, which both tend to be a bit straight to the point and lack any type of personal interaction, but not at this location! Marissa(I know that's not right, but it's close) who does insurance/front desk was literally the nicest and most genuine person I've met in awhile, great conversation and she answered all my questions - I tend to become a chatter box when I'm nervous haha. I literally only needed to wait 2 minutes and I was already being seen by Lori, who was super professional, compassionate, explained every step of the way and answered all my "dumb" questions. Marissa(to be fair she butchered my name too haha) and Lori made this unwanted/stressful visit quick,easy and painless. You guys a rock stars and deserve so much praise(maybe a raise too!)for being great people and awesome employees. I will unfortunately be back to this location for my future MRI's and will certainly tell everyone I know how great this location is!

Normally that might feel overwhelming, but from the moment I walked in, the tone was completely different. I was greeted right away by a genuinely happy staff member who kindly directed me where to sign in. It immediately set a positive tone. Within just a few minutes, I was called up and welcomed by Amie, who was incredibly warm and professional. She apologized for the wait, which honestly didn't even feel like a wait at all. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. Not long after, I was brought back by Taliyah--and I have to say, the positivity continued. She was fantastic. Professional, personable, and respectful, she took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. During the scan, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, which makes all the difference in a medical setting. What impressed me most was the overall environment. Every single staff member I encountered seemed genuinely happy and worked together seamlessly as a team. Even with a full waiting room, everything flowed smoothly, communication was clear, and the energy felt healthy and supportive. Honestly, I'll take a short wait any day when it comes with this kind of care and attitude. I've be been to Temple and Jefferson hospital for MRIs aand this location by far is the most…read morepleasant, professional, personable and organized. I did arrive late and Ms. Brittany said no worries that I would be next. I was so happy because I didn't want to reschedule. When I arrived the office was warm and Ms. Brittany was very friendly. We had a couple of side bar conversations about the state of the world we live in. It was nice to just talk to someone. The process for the procedure was seamless. My paperwork was partial complete so it took me no time to finish. After waiting I was quickly seen by the technician. She was very personable and sweet. She explained the procedures and what I needed to do to get great images. During the process I fell asleep. She told me one of the images had to be done because I moved. I knew I had moved when I woke myself up. She redid it and within 5 minutes I was done. She then explained that a copy would be sent to MRCP and I asked for a copy. She did the copy of images literally in 3 minutes. By the time I came back from the restroom she was done. This was a easy experience and if I ever need an MRI I am most definitely coming here and you should too.

From telephone scheduling, until leaving after exam, great interactions. Everyone I've ever encountered has been very professional, and gentle. The office is easy to locate, clean waiting room, super quick self check in, great radiologist, and comfy changing rooms. MRI's are of good quality, and easy to attain copies. Unlike LVHN, they do not over charge for an MRI co-pay, as well as not charging extra if you want the MRI read. Yes, LVHN charges for the MRI, then a separate charge for the doctor to read the MRI before it is sent out. This is now (as well as a few of my doctors) goto for any MRI needs.
