You can choose various fresh vegetables and meats, along with a suitable sauce, and then have it personally cooked for you in a wok. Additionally, there's a salad bar, a selection of finger-food (egg rolls, calamari), sushi, and some pre-cooked asian dishes (fried noodles, rice, BBQ items, cooked vegetables), as well as dessert.
The staff is extremely helpful and will explain to the first-time visitor how it's all set up, and provide guidance on the sauces to choose once you have selected your ingredients. Since it is all-you-can-eat, you can choose a different combination each time.
