My wife had gone there and this is her review:…read more For microdermabrasion from this salon in particular was a nightmare. After going to various places world wide this has been the worst experience thus far. The machine used was probably one of the first of its kind and most likely second hand as it sounded like it was about to die. The use of the machine was for a very limited time... 5 minutes. You would normally expect the machine to be used for 45 minutes they focused more on rubbing her shoulders and applying face cream. When clearing facial spots, steams should be used however they went straight for them with out any steam or preparation from the outside air which has left her in tears and a purple nose. Aside from this she came back home and finished what she could herself. The staff were very friendly and nice but oblivious to standards from other locations. There are other reviews that expressed the hygiene of this place which are perfectly inline with what she was saying. All in all she is not a happy camper.

She was not willing to correct it in a way that the bulges would disappear, so I have to go somewhere where else to get it dissolved. Disappointing! Ich hatte hier leider keine gute Erfahrung gemacht. Der Filler, den sie injiziert hatte, hatte eine unansehnliche Wulst und weißliche Ränder unter meinen Augen hinterlassen. Everyone spoke English. My manicure came out well but wasn't what I was expecting. They cut my cuticles dry which was a bit painful. But actually they got more cuticle removed than my last place in the states so I was kind of okay with it. There was no real massage with the manicure and in the end it cost 45€ for the shellac which was definitely more than I expected to pay (I also added in an extra 5€ for tip, so 50€ in total). I agree with the other reviewer that I don't think Munich has a large nail or general cosmetic scene, although this was my first manicure here. I would give this place 4 stars but I feel like the price was just too high for what it was.

Half were rounded, half were straight and she kept filing my skin along with nail. There needs to be some direction. There is no way this girl should be allowed to work on people. Shouldn't there be a certification for this?! Terrible and slow. I realize Munich is behind on the nail salon service but this place just needs some professionals and it could be a money maker. Oh and... not my first time.
