I don't get why anyone would ever hate on the products, people, or general ethos of Mr Torilla. I am genuinely perplexed. This company not only makes a great product but they give 10% of profits to their workers and 10% of profits to charity. Very cool! Kinda like how I quit drinking tons of times (it's easy lol) or stopped cat huffing, I also go keto on and off. At one point while doing keto I saw a banner add for 1 carb tortillas on that crazy internet... I never click on such madness but it haunted my mind. Did I hallucinate the product from sheer carb cravings? Jeez I wanted a bunch of tortillas... so I checked out their website. At the time they had a promo code for like 15% off so I took the plunge. I did hesitate a little because shipping was pretty high to go from LA to San Diego. I have this weird thing about not wanting to outright pay for shipping. Because I am a very odd shopper I ordered a pretty hefty amount of the 1 carb tortillas. Both in multigrain and pico. I figured they couldn't be worse than the mission low carb tortillas I was buying at the grocery store. So why not go crazy and get 10 packs? They arrived somewhat slower than I wanted, but that was when they were sending them out in batches. My last order was pretty quick and there was no longer a timeframe that you had to order. I remember the first time I tried the tortillas out... it blew my keto ravaged mind!!! SOOOO much better than the 5 carb mission burritos and I love the small street taco size. It allows me to do different combos of flavors should I want. The flavor is really like a regular tortilla. They even smell like the real deal! Also the tortillas are small but each pack gives you a bunch. It is not a bad value at all in my opinion... Fantastic! I was filled with joy because my rather large impulse buy of a product that I knew nothing about turned out to be a game changer! I am planning to go back on keto after my trip this month and maybe one more trip (we will see). So I am feathering my keto nest with yummy food options to make the diet easier. Yes it is a tough diet but it does work and it does get easier. Preparation really makes a difference on how tough it is. Basically these tortillas are a MUST have! My order arrived a couple days ago and I have been eating on a pack because I can't help myself. They last a good amount of time in the refrigerator and keep for about a year frozen. So go big and save yourself shipping $ I like the pico but the multigrain flavor is my favorite. It's just more versatile. Some ways I use them: -Tacos (of course) -Chips (I cut them into chip size, spray a little oil on them and pop them into the air fryer) -mini pizzas -sandwich wraps And on and on... I called your customer service to explain that my order had not been received only to be dismissed, as if I was lying. I requested a refund and was denied. After a bit of a hassle, my 1-carb Tortillas arrived today. My Review: * Taste good! * One carb and 15 calories is great! * INCREDIBLY small - 4 to 4.5 inches across * Overall not worth the price with shipping, given the tiny size * Comes out to $19 per pound with shipping! I paid $25 for four 24-packs, and each pack is 8-ounces * Took 11-days to arrive - took 7 days for them to ship, plus 4 days to get here USPS. * Customer service did not reply to emails nor FB Messages until I posted publicly on their Facebook page, then they finally responded on the 7th day and that got my order to ship. I received a total of 15 additional emails over the 9 days after my order date (before finally unsubscribing), pestering me to re-order with coupons. I was hesitant to unsubscribe initially as I wanted coupons for future orders and I wanted shipping details on my existing order. Some days I got 2-3 sales emails asking me to buy more Tortillas BEFORE I even got my first order! I had already ordered 96 and clearly was not ordering more before getting the first order, so the volume of email was annoying and I cannot imagine anyone would find this beneficial. I contacted them about the excessive emails and after my order did not ship on day 4 -- they ignored me 3 days and finally only after posting publicly on their Facebook page after a week, they shipped my order. In response to the volume of SPAM emails, customer service said "these are automated emails not in our control" (which is crap as it's their company, someone controls it!). Overall its great a 1-carb tortilla exists and they taste good, but it's too small...would rather have a 2-carb tortilla that was 50% bigger. Yes, the tortillas are pricey compared to a pack of similar size corn tortillas. Duh-they're a specialty item. I've placed one order and will be placing another soon as I find them quite delicious and I'm able to really enjoy a full plate of tacos with healthy fillings without the carb guilt. I used the tortillas to make some chips in the air fryer too and then had a great vessel to get ceviche into my mouth. Honestly-I first tried these at a bbq and didn't realize they were low carb. I thought they were just some handmade, fancy tortillas. My kids still like corn better but don't mind these and have noticed they don't fall apart as easily as the corn ones when they get cold. I highly recommend although I do wish the price were lower-but I will still spend the extra $ because I'm a huge fan of the tortillas. read more

Awful experience with this business that is actually not far from my home. I placed an order during black Friday, I get a call from the delivery woman and she said she couldn't get through the gate and she had to go that she would return the following day, nothing. I was hesitant to place an order because the cost of shipping was just as much as the tortillas. When I saw an ad about free shipping I thought here's my chance, even though I had to purchase 7 bags in order to get the free shipping I thought why not? Placed my order on Thursday morning and received the tortillas the next day. Opened up a bag and fried up a couple of tortillas with cheese, just to get a taste. These are great! I already have tons of ideas that I can use these for, besides tacos. My husband who is a picky eater, loved them. I love all of the tortillas, but have a soft spot for the 15 calorie, 1 gram of fat taco ones. The flavor is amazing and I can eat a boatload of tacos without guilt. I also appreciate helping small business. They are pricey, but worth it. The shipping from SOCAL to NOCAL is brutal at $9.00! Won't ever order again. Placed an order and payment didn't go through first time for whatever reason. Looks like it was re-run second time but somehow they pulled an old billing address. Moved 1 1/2 years ago and change my billing address They delivered there. Asked for my product to be delivered to correct address but was told I had to pay shipping. A few days later I received an email from the company stating the order got sent back to them because the delivery service stated my address did not exist. I confirmed my address, which was the same one I initially gave them and shocking still no delivery.
