I'm just going to start off by saying I will never go back here, I've been going here for a few years and have never had such a terrible experienc. I walked in and got a look from the young man behind the counter, no hello, nothing. so I piped up and said hi. had no response back. was finally asked what I wanted, told him my order and was watching him make my sub. he just threw the toppings on it and missed a quarter of my sub with some of the toppings. then I noticed he missed a sauce I wanted, i asked him if he put it on, he responded by just saying yea. After I got home, I checked and there was no sub sauce in site. at least own up to your mistake and correct it. when It came to payment, everything was ok, I tapped and left. Just as I was about to pull out of the lot, I see the woman working with the man waving her arms at me. I went back in to see what the issue was and my payment declined by mistake. I even sat in my car for at least a minute before any action was taken. I could have easily left without paying, but I'm not that person. Im so disappointed in the customer service which was seriously lacking. I also looked up the hours to make sure it hasn't changed, it said 10 pm. But after I left around 8:50pm, the guy locked the door Behind me.
