Homeowners beware!!…read more I first met this vendor after discovering they were using my yard as an unauthorized access point to drive a backhoe alongside our property. It was very presumptuous to operate heavy equipment on our lawn without first obtaining our permission. When I spoke with them in person, they seemed reasonable and indicated they would address the situation. Unfortunately, once they left the area, communication became a completely different story. We have reached out to this vendor at least three times by phone and text, and they have been largely unresponsive. Ironically, the primary reason I was trying to reach them was to discuss hiring them for work at a second property we own. It's unfortunate that their failure to return phone calls or text messages will likely cost them a project worth thousands of dollars. Responsiveness and follow-through are important qualities in a contractor, and based on our experience, those have been lacking.

But despite stating that they were interested in performing the work, and promises that a proposal would be forthcoming, eight text messages of commitment, after 12 days I finally gave up. I asked them time and time again if they were too busy, just let me know so that I can secure another company - but no, just multiple promises of a proposal that "day". Poor follow through. Probably best that I did not use them - the concrete would probably arrive solid in the mixer truck.

Juan arrived on time with 2 additional men to help with the job. The trees were extremely high and overgrown, but Juan climbed each tree, trimming the branches at our direction. The results were perfect! Before the work began, the trees were growing toward the porch of my cabin, leaving almost no view of the mountains. After the job was complete, I had a stunning view of 3 gorgeous mountains! The crew hauled away all of the debris and cleaned up the site.
