The service I received was phenomenal. The employees were friendly, on time, and professional. In our initial walk through, Carl set realistic expectations of what to expect. Our hardwood floors were in truly awful condition. There were many discolorations, "tattoo" markings from rugs, scratches, and stains. The finished product was a night and day difference. The discolorations were blended and hardly noticeable and the scratches were greatly minimized. The floors are shiny but not too glossy and look almost brand new. The gentlemen at Mr Sandless delivered an exceptional result and didn't cut any corners. I would recommend them to anyone who would like to restore and protect their hardwood floors. read more
