Terrible, no idea how to address customers or respond to questions! Waste of time. One employee gives you availability and a price then you call back minutes later and want to order it then a lady starts saying its not available and she has no idea what I'm talking about. Then Billy in the back ground is screaming at her telling her it is available and they're arguing back and forth while I'm sitting on the phone. So the lady says bring your part down here and we can match it up for you. read more

Wish this had negative stars! Their website listed a part for $105 called and ordered it they charged me $150 when I picked it up unfortunately I needed it so I paid. Later I was looking on the internet and found a brand new part for $143 free shipping so I started comparing other random parts and this seems to be the norm they are consistently higher than NEW PARTS! read more

While changing the oil they noticed that my transmission had transmission fluid leaking from the pan. He showed the problem to me and at no extra change he tightened the pan so the leaking would stop. He could have tried to sell me a transmission fluid flush or change but he didn't - which really impressed me! They are fast, friendly, and helpful - what more could you want in an oil change place!

The washers and dryers are new and work very well…read more The only downfall I could tell was that another piston told us the coin machine, as everything only uses quarters, doesn't always give correct change. We used the coin machine for the car wash instead.
