The main issues were 1) freshness, 2) selection, 3) quality. I realized very quickly that the options for sushi were very limited. This is a kaiten (merry go round) style place, so there should be lots of choice, but it was the same thing over and over. The fish is definitely not fresh. As I was sitting there I watched the staff take all the fish pre-packaged and pre-cut out of plastic wrapping. All they did was plop it on the plate and serve it. NOT fresh and NOT good quality. Additional issues include fairly high prices and the ultimate sushi fail or putting paper thing fish slices on huge chunks of rice and calling it nigiri.

They have the option to sit at the center bar (with an awesome, huge fish tank) or at a table. The kaiten (merry-go-round bar) is super cute, with the sushi going around on little boats in water. Come on! Awesome! As for the sushi: what do you expect in interior east Germany? Obviously not the best sushi you will have, but very decent. I was not complaining, because it was still better than the majority of sushi I have had anywhere in the UK. Also, lots of options, including one for all you can eat. Score! Only drawback was that the staff were a bit slow and impossible to track down. Poor dining companion waited 20 minutes to find someone for a beer. Otherwise, worth it!
