We gave it a try and thought it was fine. My son had a regular pretzel and I had one with cheese. It tasted a bit like it had been around for a while so not particularly fresh. Perhaps I should have asked them to heat it up some. They sure look delicious on display but, in the end, either I don't really like this large style of bready pretzel, or these particular ones weren't as good as we'd hoped.
It's an order at the counter place a storefront with just a counter open to the street. Service was quick and friendly. We might have to explore how to "do pretzels" correctly a little more before giving it a go again.
