There's a condiment bar with vinegars, seasoning salts, hot sauces etc. Unfortunately, out of the two pieces of fish we received, one was completely boneless and the other one was full of bones. The Jasko smoked mole chicken bun is topped with cabbage, pickled onions, pineapple salsa, pico de gallo, salsa verde and cholula mayo on a steamed bun.
