Where do I even start....when I found out my loved one had been detained, I was overwhelmed with a…read morelot of different emotions and I felt lost as far as what our options were. I've never had to bail someone out, so I was a little lost when I started to research different bail bonds. I had spoken to a bail agent and they looked at my loved one's case and told me because of their charges and priors, there was no way that their bail would go down and I didn't have much options. I spoke to another bail agent and they were requesting atleast half of the bail that I would have to pay, and unfortunately that just was not in my budget. After that, I felt hopeless and didn't know what to do and didn't think there was anyway I could reunite with my loved one. When I met Angel from Eternity Bail Bonds, he was straightforward and helpful from the gate. I truly believe you meet people at the right time and when we most need them. He genuinely wanted to help me get my loved one released and reassured me that it would be possible regardless of his situation and our budget. He has gone WAY above and beyond for us from the start. He visited my loved one in jail to personally speak to him, he has consistent communication with us and doesn't take long to answer our texts or calls, he has been EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY, flexible with us and creating a payment plan that works for us, he's given us helpful tips and words of encouragement, but most of all he's kept it real and honest. It's VERY hard finding people in this line of work that genuinely love and want to help you and have your best interest, and don't just want your money. Because of Eternity Bail Bonds, I was able to get my loved one released from custody, so we can continue to fight his case from the outside. I am beyond grateful and blessed to have met Angel and we are soo thankful for everything he has done!!!!! 10/10 recommend!!!! Also, thank you to Alicia, for helping me file the documentation and get the process started. She explained each form in a way that I was able to properly understand and grasp the information that was given to me. She was so kind, helpful, and made me feel comfortable! She consistently asked if I had any questions and made sure I understood everything since it was my first time bailing someone out. Thank you thank thank you!! :)

Without my asking, they offered a bond rate of less than the typical fee scale, which was an absolute bonus during the holiday season. I feel relieved to have had such a kind experience with Stratton Bail Bonds (after talking to two other bond agents, one who was not answering his phone promptly and another who actually laughed at me and called me weird for our legal trouble). Thank you so much Stratton Bail Bonds! Highly recommend. God bless.

This is one of those rare times when 5 stars just doesn't adequately express the quality of a…read moreservice provided--Jason and his team truly deserve 10. I spoke to other bail bondsmen first and was told we'd have to wait for my friend's scheduled transfer (starting in 45-60 minutes) to be completed, and then wait again for his release from OCJ. Thankfully, I called one more person--Jason at Bail Bond Professionals--and even though it had already been an hour since I was given the transfer timeline, he was STILL able to prevent the transfer and spare my friend a longer release process and the extra distress of transport and secondary intake. Had I spoken to him first, my buddy would have already been out by the time the other guys told me he'd be getting transferred...maybe I'm partial but getting out faster is mo' better ;) Jason delivers speed and results--but it's evident that integrity and ethical standards are of the highest priority for him too and he aims to be a positive influence in his industry by informing and promoting responsible practices for both the consumer and business side of the transaction. Jason has proven himself to be that rare, truly dependable advocate you can count on to act ethically, communicate honestly, and have your back from start to finish. Exceptional people in anything today is becoming more and more exceedinly rare--but score one for the home team here with Jason and the Bail Bond Professionals. [Golf clap please] My advice: save yourself the time and headache and make your 1st call, your last call---your only call---Bail Bond Professionals & work with Jason; your only regret will be they don't do everything else lol Thank you for your help this morning, Jason! Know your fine work goes neither unnoticed or unappreciated :) Cheers!
