The session was handled by Juana, a professional, respectful, and knowledgeable therapist trained in reflexology. The experience was soothing and memorable. The location is modern, comfortable--perfect for relaxing. Soothing music played creating a calming atmosphere that took me away from the stresses. They also served a warm herbal tea. Juana's technique showed she's experienced. I left feeling relaxed, with relief in my feet, where I had asked for her focus. I recommend this place, and Juana. My massage therapist was a bit of a talker which I didn't mind (I'm also sure I could have asked for less or communication if I desired) and I was very relaxed throughout, nearly dozing off a couple times including during the facial. Once we wrapped up, they provided us with hot tea and we oriented ourselves comfortably in the lobby before exiting. Check-in was quick and although the ladies didn't speak much English, everything was great and my skin felt clean, hydrated and radiant at the end. After another 20 minutes of waiting and asking, one of the hairdressers changed into a massage tunic and rubbed my feet for 45 minutes. Nice enough., but no real training, no strength. How hard can it be to find two masseuses 24 hours in advance? Don't worry about the area though. People are so scared of anything different. Its fine, very tame compared to say, Bangkok, lots of people from young to old. And my wife did like her massage, said it was strong and professional. If you have to wait, there are also good cafe, restaurants and a mall nearby. They also have a hair salon, facial, manicure & pedicure service. I may be back very soon during this trip if not the next.
