However, instead of replacing the battery first--which should have been done before changing the sensors--they started replacing the car's perfectly fine sensors. Fortunately, only one sensor was replaced before they placed an order for the rest. In the meantime, I replaced the car battery myself, and all the warning lights disappeared. I can't believe that all these so-called specialists didn't know that when all the sensors light up at the same time, the issue is the battery, and that it should be replaced first. I'm deeply disappointed in this so-called specialist repair shop, which uses such an unethical approach just to make money. My question is: how many perfectly fine sensors were they planning to throw away before even considering the battery? Additionally, the manager at their Torbay Road location was extremely rude and aggressive. I am owed $323 for the incorrect sensor replacement, not to mention two days without my car, transportation costs, and the unnecessary stress this has caused.

I never asked for an oil change for this appointment despite their insistence otherwise. I went back to explain their mistake and get it fixed, but both the lady at the counter and manager both pretty much said "sorry too bad. you signed the receipt. It's not like we can take the oil out of the car". Horrible customer service. Make sure you triple check any paperwork they give you, because their mistakes will end up costing you.
