Mr. Joy is an e-cig shop with all the hot market items. They have a pretty large selection of vapes in a pristine showcase. I was actually really impressed with how spotless and neat the shop was. ANYWAY, if you're using a Juul, you'll probably have trouble finding pods outside of the US, but this shop carries them. Be warned that they tend to get leaky (the owner explained that this is due to compression when this is shipped overseas). read more

Sold me a fake juul. I bought a pink juul here and was told it was a limited edition. Tried to register it on the official website and was told the serial number is invalid. Looks different from the real juul. Works okay otherwise.. read more

I was visiting family and had ordered a Juul to the hotel I was staying at and it was delayed two days and I was leaving the country so I wouldn't be at the hotel by the time it arrived, so I went into their Amsterdam shop and explained my situation and they gave me a Juul that they had in store and just had me tell the reception at the hotel to have the other Juul sent back once it arrived. Best costumer service I've ever had in Holland and I visit here every year. read more

A bit of letdown is the limited offer of hardware and prices in general are quite steep. The majority of their liquids are their house brand and made in Italy, like: Avatar, Traditional and Riserva. Good juices but not better than those from online competitors who sell the same quality for less than half the price... Same goes for the hardware. It's a great shop to have in your neighborhood for an emergency if you run unexpectedly out of juice or when you suffer another accident like broken hardware.

Ik ben via een vriend bij deze winkel gekomen en haal nu hier mijn liquids. De wand staat helemaal volg met verschillende merken. Echt top. Elke keer als ik kom test ik weer een paar liquids zodat ik zeker weet dat het lekker is. Ik hoef niet meer te gokken of ze goed zijn. Daarnaast is het personeel zeer vriendelijk en geven een uitstekende service. Hier kunnen veel vape shops van leren! read more

Great place! came in a couple times over the course of a week to try and find something to help me quit tobacco and took a long time to find a good alternative for me. The man running the store was very helpful to me the entire time, despite my near constant presence over those days, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and more. Erg duidelijke en vriendelijke uitleg van alle e-sigaretten gekregen. Ik als leek wist er niet heel veel van maar de medewerker was erg geduldig en service gericht. Ik mocht ook alle smaken testen van de testbar in de winkel. Uiteindelijke met een gloednieuw apparaat aangeschaft die hij nog in de winkel heeft geïnstalleerd voor mij.
