Today was my first time having work done by Mr. Handyman and I have scheduled more for next month. That speaks for itself! Dealing with Richard from the office and Justin our technician has been a very satisfactory experience from start to finish. Today Justin repaired some rotted out wood in the door jamb of an exterior garage door. He replaced the wood jamb and all trim, weatherstripping, hinges and painted the new wood. It looks great. I came across the Mr.Handyman booth at the Stuart Art Festival months ago. I held onto the brochure and finally called last week. What a great experience!! From my first call to the office speaking to Richard to get scheduled for an estimate to meeting my handyman Kai and walking him through my list of things I needed done and now to enjoying the finished project (1 week between first call and finish) I am so thrilled! Richard scheduled an estimate visit for me within 48 hours, communicated with me about arrival time and answered my questions. Kai listened to what needed done, made suggestions and showed me what I needed to order since I wanted to get my own materials. Everything was completed like he was working in his own house: cabinet door fixed, kitchen drawers refitted with sliders, wall holes patched, window blinds hung and curtain rods installed. We discovered a major leak under our sink that had been leaking for quite a while. We called Mr. Handyman and Eli came out in just a few hours. He was professional and fully explained what was needed. He re-did some plumbing for us, took out the subfloor under the sink, and fully replaced it. He also replaced some of the particle board on the back wall area. He went to Home Depot, picked up the needed supplies for us, brought them back to the house, and got busy. He did a very neat job and cleaned up his work area before leaving. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman of Vero Beach and Eli. Once again I called Mr. Handyman. Jeff Bazzell responded and suggested a fix for an ongoing problem with caulking around my kitchen window and counter top. He installed PVC trim in both places and it looks wonderful. It looks even better than I had anticipated. This makes three times that I used this company and have never been disappointed. read more

They did two jobs very well, fixing some trim and replacing some toilets. They did the last job, dealing with tile and grouting very poorly and really did not stand behind their promises. I think this service can be helpful but when coming to anything specific best stick with the professionals. This person should have said the fix will not work. One thing, very expensive for the amount of work done. read more
