For about 5 euro each, I had 1/2 dozen knives perfectly engraved in a nice scripture (you can pick from a large assortment of fonts). Major points for doing the engraving while I waited (took less than 20 minutes). I researched a few jewelers and they all wanted 1 to 2 days to do the same type engraving.
