I'm sure no one has anything nice to say about a towing company that removes your car from the community from which you live. But to remove someone's car and caused damage to the paint you can tell the bumper was rubbed against something and cause the paint to Chip and break. I called several times and emailed the photos to the office. I was told that I needed to bring my car to the office in order to get any type of consideration for reimbursement. This is California where there is traffic 24/7 and no one wants to drive anywhere out of their way especially after dealing with rude Personnel who tried to tell you that your car was damaged when they picked it up. Shady Company A neighbor who doesn't like me and my boyfriend called to have our car towed from INSIDE our apartment complex where we live and HAVE TO PARK. They didn't even bother verifying anything. They just came and picked up the car (I feel like it was an inside job). Especially because I see lots of reviews about how shady this company is. All I wanted to do was check for possible damage and they wouldn't let me know they wouldn't give me the name of the person I was talking to And the first time I talked to them they told me that no one had entered my car, but in fact, the back windows were down and everything in my car had been a rifle through if you're looking for integrity don't go to Mr. C's if you want honesty or you want any questions about how they told your car don't ask them because they won't tell you if you ask the name of the person you're talking to they will not give it to you, but I can see why I've seen they've been sued number of times and it doesn't phase them at all. They towed our pick up truck early Sunday morning and told us specifically they would tow our truck store it over night and tow it to our body shop first thing Monday. Our body shop hasn't received our truck and when I Talked to Monica over the phone she wasn't very helpful. Couldn't tell me why the tow truck driver would say they would tow it to the body shop. Which they are part of AAA to tow us. But now about $400 in storage fees they won't release the truck even thought we wanted it towed out of there since Monday. This place really robs you. My truck was stolen and it ended up in their impound yard. I picked up the truck 6 days later as soon as PD notified me Cost me $530. After 3 days in impound they charge a $70 lien fee. I didn't even know my vehicle was in their yard until 6 days later. If it wasn't for PDs letter it would still be there because I barely get a letter today 11 days after it gets to their yard that they have my truck. ONLY 1 owed can describe them. They never came to tow cars blocking my apartment complexes' dumpster and garages. There are two apartment complexes on the other two sides that are bigger and constantly park blocking the garages/dumpster. I got sick and tired of it so I called the towing company listed on our signs out back, but the lady I talked to was rude and they never came. I've read reviews of this place and it seems they illegally tow cars to turn a profit, but don't come to tow cars when it's a legit claim and people are parking there illegally. Next time I'm going to call the non emergency police number for towing. This company was like unless I'm the manager of a place they can't tow some cars that are not allowed to be there but could do the ones blocking our garages and dumpsters despite the signage up around our complex with their company's number on it. There is nothing honorable about the people who work here. dirty crooked thieves in their purest form. If there is a hell they bought themselves a one way first class ticket to it but I bet they sleep just fine knowing all of this. All of these comments are accurate, they are a predatory towing company. (they even stole $400 in cash from the middle console!). They made the process extremely difficult for me to get my grandmother's property back to her even after I paid off all of the debts. I arrived out of town to visit my family and borrowed her car one night but I should have rented one. I didn't check the registration so it is on me and I do believe in following the law. in reality who walks around and inspects an entire car before they drive it?. After an hour I come out of the restaurant and its gone. I thought it was stolen so I contacted the LA county sheriffs and the car was towed. I was shocked because I always read the signs and I never park in the red zone or more than a foot from the curb. I had to call the towing company (who were incredibly rude) and they told me that the car was impounded because it had expired registration. I never dealt with this issue since I always paid my registration on time on my vehicle. (My grandma probably did not pay it since she stayed locked down during the entire pandemic and didn't realize the registration was expired.) but they did not give me any guidance on how to take care of this debt. All of her information past registration and insurance are in the glove compartment and they would not allow me to access the glove compartment when I drove to the location and they would not retrieve those documents for me. (but they did retrieve the $400 in benjamins in the center console, parking attendants have more integrity than these ingrates). They didn't give me any guidance on how to solve this issue because they want to impound your vehicle for as long as possible so they can to rack up the daily storage fee which is $75 a day. I pissed them off when I showed up with a wad of over $600 the next day and all the paperwork in check. I read multiple reviews about them using people's credit cards to make illegal transactions so I made sure to bring cash. The car was towed on a Thursday and I showed up on a Friday but they charged me for an additional day and said it was towed on a Wednesday. I literally was hearing them haggling over the price on speaker phone when I asked for the cash price. Even though they were rude and unhelpful I was fine up to this point, they had their fun. They then demanded that my grandmother be present with her ID or they would not release the vehicle. The sheriff's department that gave me the vehicle release form were not this HEARTLESS. They were fine with just her ID. My grandmother was in an AC cooled car and it was 110 degrees out and I told them that she was right there inside the vehicle, they had everything and her ID. All they had to do was look to their right and they would see the same old lady sitting in the passenger side of my car. They refused to accept the insurance paperwork, the registration paperwork, the sheriff vehicle release form, owners ID and the cash. They made me get her out of the vehicle and walk her up the ramp. keep in mind she is in her late 80's, hasn't been outside of her house in over a year and can barely walk on top of all of this. It took awhile since she still is afraid of covid but I walked with her up to the desk. The car is finally released and the electronics were absolutely shot and the battery was dead so we had to get it towed. I took it to the mechanic at the dealership and that was the most expensive part. It ended up being $1300 dollars worth of repairs since the car has an expensive computer. I have no idea what they even did to it but good luck trying to sue and they work extremely close with the local Law Enforcement departments who are most likely getting kickbacks from these guys. read more

Charged $1300 just for towing a wrecked car for less than 2 miles, this business is a scam, even came out in worse condition after the car is released. After receiving a bill with almost $2000, I had a detective from the police department called them about me being the victim and I was never notified about my car was going to be charged for anything, and that i was told to leave the car out for investigation. They told the detective that they reached out to me, while I was in the dark and had no idea they were adding storage fee daily for more than 2 weeks. I guess they felt somewhat sorry and generous enough just to charge the massive towing fee instead of the whole bill. These people lie and they will threaten people just to push for payments. My friends car was towed outside of my complex last night. We were understandably upset given the fact that for the past 8 years living here, this has never happened up until now during a PANDEMIC. The woman working the window was extremely unprofessional, and made the already bad experience worse with her nasty ass energy and terrible attitude. She insulted my friend and cursed at her simply for asking how much time we had to come pick up the car....yeah. yikes.
