This rating relates to the hotel part of the business. Awkward is the first word that comes to…read moremind. The check in desk also doubles as the reception desk for the restaurant. After a delay in getting someone to help with my check in, I was led through the restaurant. Carrying luggage through tight areas of the restaurant while patrons were eating seemed strange. There is no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs. The room was spacious. I got the premium room. It includes a nice veranda and a message chair. However, there is a support poll in the middle of the room you must walk around. Walking around leads you to an area with lowered ceilings from the pitched roof. I got used to walking around with my head lowered so not to hit it. The bathroom has a see through wall.
