This is my local bar so I am kind of stuck with it. In the area I live in Observatory Hill the options for food and drink are sparce. The bar area is always decorated for holidays and seasonal events. I think the owner does have some good interior decrorating skils. This is a very urbanized bar though and the only wine they have is Taylor Port and boxed :( one occassion I lucked and actually got a class of Merlot I couldn't even get a margarita in here, I asked for one and the bar tender said "I don't have the stuff for that." And of course the ever present creepy older men in here can be annoying. This place is not my cup of tea. read more

This is a crappy bar. And if that's what you're expecting, that's fine. I personally wouldn't drink anything from the drafts here. And the kitchen, which has sporadic hours, is also questionable. The staff might be a little weird, but is nice enough. read more
