He kept saying with over 20 years of experience he can do anything, and at first I thought was some tradies talk (woops sorry~), but then really he works miracles! Not only did he not upsell us to replace the doors, he made effort and made sure to find out what we actually wanted to achieve. He even got more life out of our existing 20+ year old doors (When it's clear I, in my amateur mind thought they were surely terminal pending pronounced dead - an easiest upsell)!
