They offered good price and quality products, however this company is not reliable enough for us to recommend. In August 2024 we contacted Mr & Mrs Blindmaster to put blinds on six windows. The blind on our sliding glass door was installed incorrectly. A month later, they send someone out to fix it and a part was bad. Month after month there was always an excuse to getting this fixed. Mid April 2025 they finally replaced the entire blind and correctly installed it. On the box I noticed it was sent to Mr & Mrs Blindmaster in February 2025, where it sat until I made a dozen phone calls requesting my money back. read more

What a pleasant experience! From our meeting with Bob through the installation with Robby, everything was flawless. The professionalism and efficiency was outstanding. Bob indicated how long it would take to have our order prepared, and it was on time. He told us Christine would call with the installation time, which she did, and Robby arrived on time, and installed the very large screen with precision. If only all projects went this smoothly! ordered 3 plantation shutters, 2 didn't fit. took another month to get them. Also had problems with electric shades. Unresponsive, took months to resolve. Their kids do the installs and are very polite and do a good job, with what they had. read more
