I spoke with the man…read moreon the phone and told him what I wanted and asked when I could schedule an appointment and we discussed price and he then said "I'm up in an attic right now so text me your date and time that works best for you. So we hung up the phone. I texted him my time and date which would work for me (6/21/18 at 9:A.M.) and he replied back asking for my name and address. I replied with the info he requested and that was it. So the next day my 9:00am appointment time came and went. They no call, no showed. At 9:47 I texted, "so y'all are not going to be able to come out today?" I got no response. Judging from the way my situation was handled, don't waste your time with this business if you actually need work done on time because they may show, they may not. Thanks for wasting my time when I could have called someone else that would have wanted the work.

Within 10 minutes He called back and set a time for later that day. He showed up at the time he said he would. He found the problem quickly and was able to fix the unit for a fair and reasonable price. He was very courteous and respectful. GREAT experience using his services.
