What a incompetent bunch! Oralia, you get a lot of lip service from her and no customer service. She promises to call you back and never does. My son tried to get insurance under the ACA with her help and she still doesn't know why he can't get insurance even thought he is willing to pay for the insurance and this is a year later. I was having a heck of a time with the Covered California site allowing me to choose a plan bc I was technically on Medi-Cal until the end of the year. the president/ owner michael m. davis quoted a low ball price for my wife's california care ins. just for us to come in and we made an appointment. when we got there he was not around and had one of his employees named elisa emily carrillo to service us. she claimed that davis made the mistake by putting down the wrong family income and that the premium.of that same policy quoted by davis in writing (sent to us by e-mail) would be over $160.00 and not $84.29 . i asked if davis was around and everyone says he is not available and we asked for him to call us. we gave her all information and also our dew bit card info. but to hold on until davis calls. meantime, i caught her lying from viewing the applications made by davis with our info and the income amount and then she said it was her fault for making the mistake ,etc.etc. .. we left and then davis finally called and stated that he would manipulate the application to get the same policy of coverage for the same quoted price of $84.29 . he also stated that it should not matter because no one would have the time to investigate because this obama care bull shit will be repelled and thrown out in jan 2017 and not to worry. he also promised to e-mail us confirmation like elisa carrillo promised on the same day. the next day i called for davis and left a message because we did not received any e-mail conformation and worried us because of the time limit to apply or be penalized. davis finally called on dec. 15, 2016 in the afternoon and state that he do not want to do business with us because of the questions asked carrillo during the initial interview. i have all the evidence of these so called low ball type fraudulent process and documented in their own hand writing and also recorded davis statements of manipulating my application which is a felony. at this time , a complaint has been filed to revoke his insurance license with the dept of insurance and hope that they will do their job. we also talked to several agencies in the area and also commented that davis's company is not accepted by several agencies or recommended. if any of the public has had this tpe of experience with this firm, please file a complain to the dept. of insurance so that we can eliminate people like these. read more

I'm so impressed with the awesome and quick service I received over the phone from Jessica. I had been struggling with renewing my Covered California benefits for days and days. I had called Covered California themselves a few times, waited on hold forever with them and they still couldn't fix the problem, nor could they tell why it was happening. I added MP Insurance Solutions as my agent online and literally in under 10 mins I had the exact policy I wanted for cheaper than I expected. I payed over the phone and now my stress is gone! Mind you I called Jessica at 4:45pm, right before they closed and she still helped me even though I'm sure she was getting ready to leave. I didn't feel rushed at all . She definitely cared about the problem I was having enough to dig a little deeper than everyone else I had talked to and get it fixed! Thank you Jessica, you rock!
