For some reason, they insist on putting about 5 times as much salt and pepper on their burgers than any other McDs in the country and if you dare complain instead of an apology you get a tut and rolled eyes. Management are just not interested in customer complaints at all (and I've made many here) and you are made to feel that it's YOUR fault that your order was completely wrong. A tip: if you order in the drive thru, check your order immediately as there's a good chance it will be wrong. An even better tip would be to keep driving and go to the other branch at the bottom end of Lakeside!

Mistakes are few and far between and very quickly corrected on the rare occasions they do happen. The store can get pretty crowded at lunchtime so expect a short wait if you visit at that time.

There's even a quick 're-order' button to get the same order as prior purchases. On top of this I believe their prices are incredibly fair with only charging £4-£6 on their 9" deep pan and £5-8 on their 12". I also suggest using their 'banquets' if buying for multiple people to save on money. Happy eating!
