Do not trust everything she says--ensure all agreements are in writing and filed with the court. Listen to your attorney and avoid trying to be reasonable with Susan. It's now July and I have yet to receive a single child support payment. The RI child support office continues to tell me that they can't enforce it the order with missing paperwork. I continually make phone calls and send emails that go unanswered. Essentially I have a court order that can't be enforced and my hands are tied until I can get a response from the office. I WOULD NOT recommend hiring this office to help with child support issues. Lack of communication and follow through has put me significantly in debt and at a standstill. Increasingly frustrating!
