From the moment I arrive, the cameras on the outside of the entrance make me feel very safe. The front desk staff are consistently efficient and expeditious. As a patient, I am always seen very quickly, and I find that the hours of operation are incredibly conducive to a busy work schedule. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and I truly appreciate their smiling faces. Furthermore, Dr. Schecker is very accommodating, kind, and efficient.     I called them three times to book a new patient appointment for mid February. The first time the…read moresaid they were busy and to leave my name and number. I called the next day to follow and was told to leave my information with the automatic answering machine as they were still busy and would get back to me. I called a third time two days later after not hearing from them and was on hold for 30 minutes after being transferred three times. I explained I was an establish patient elsewhere and wanted to follow up on making a new patient appointment. I was upset from being a hold for a while and they told me to hold again. They came back and said they're not accepting new patients. Why not just tell me this in the first place on the first call? My current allergist recommend this place saying they were great and would be helpful. I just feel like my time was wasted. I did ask if there is a timeline on when they may be accepting new patients and they just repeated, "we're just not accepting new patients."

    I have been getting shots for allergies for 6 months now. Dr. Moyer is fantastic, as are the…read morenurses who give the shots. These folks are efficient and friendly and couldn't be more professional. But for 6 months, I have tried my hardest to be friendly to the receptionist. I greet her with a friendly hello each and every time and she simply couldn't be more rude. She literally will turn her head and look the other way when I say hello or give her my paper after my shots. I don't get it. She is the first impression patients get of this office and unfortunately, it's not a good one. Also, on two occasions, I have signed my name to get shots and she has waited until folks come in after me, and then calls their name, as if I'm not even there! Then when I question it she just says, "Oh, I must have missed you." It's sad because Dr. Moyer is exceptional.

    I went to see Dr Moyer in Sept 2016. I was waiting in the waiting room as a new patient for more…read morethen 40 minutes. After I was called into the examining room I was confronted by a woman named Nina or Lina who said she was the nurse. She asked why I was there and I told her I was there for allergy testing. I said i wanted a full allergy test. She asked me questions and asked my weight (never put me on a scale). Next, Dr Moyer, came in (excellent doctor) after examining me and finding I had pneumonia he prescribed to me medications and could not do the test while I was sick and wanted to see me in 2 weeks. On Oct 3rd I called to ask if I should still come in for my Oct 5th testing because my primary doctor had put me on another round of antibiotics. I had to leave a message on Nina or Lina's voicemail. Never heard back from her. On Oct 5th i was called by the office to ask if I was coming for my visit. I explained I left a message and never received a return call. On Oct 6th I called and got forwarded to April's voicemail. I left a voicemail for April and until today, Oct 17th, I still have not heard from April so I called the Florence office to speak to the office manager, Brenda. After getting three people on the phone I was told Brenda is off on mondays so I called the Little River office where Dr Moyer was seeing patients and was given every excuse not to speak to Dr Moyer himself. I was placed on hold for 38 minutes before hanging up. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The doctor may be terrific but his office staff is horrifying. There were barely any patients and the doctor that saw her didn't do anything other than refer us to labcorp..... my daughter has been sick ever since and she wasn't sick until after I brought her there. I was extremely surprised at how awful it really does feel to be rushed. I even mentioned how many hippa violations I felt like I was committing by standing up in front of other patients while being rushed to fill things out. I don't care if I have to drive to another county hours away. This is the absolute last place I will visit again. I should've just left and so should you if any establishment makes you feel as such

Who else do they need to hear it from? The office manager of the Delaney office was ridiculously rude and refused to look further into the issue. She said that's what her computer says so that's what it is. She was rude to the insurance agent from tricare to, he told her they were in network and even checked the individual doctor, still in network and she told him he was wrong. They lost a patient because of how rude the office manager at Delaney was and their incompetence.
