The problem is, he travels between Spokane & LA (where he now lives). He was supposed to fix it the next time he was in town, a month later, but cancelled the day of. Now I am left with this terrible hair, and will have to go somewhere else to have it fixed. He never once apologized or even seemed to feel bad. I paid over $300 for my cut/color. This unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Also, both separate occasions I had my hair washed in the bowls, my back got soaked. Everyone agreed it was because the bowls sucked. Well, having a wet back also sucked, so maybe they should invest in new bowls.

They accidentally sent it to her salon. When I found out I went in immediately to pick it up. She would not give me my purchase. She told me they charged her for it which was absolutely false. She was rude, nasty and very unprofessional. I had to get this resolved myself. When the company called her to help me get it straightened out she told them she would leave it on her porch for me. I have never been treated so rudely by someone in my own profession. I have heard from many other people about her rude, nasty behave and today I found out for myself. I would stay away from her and her business. There are too many other places to go where you can be treated like a person.

He asked quite a few times whether or not the pressure was ok, which made me feel very comfortable about telling him my preferences. This was my first massage from a male, which I was slightly nervous about but afterwards I felt ridiculous for ever being nervous. Jesse went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable at all times. Out of all of the massages I have had, this was actually the top of the list of feeling like I had my privacy and that my comfort level was considered at all times.
